About the Role

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Content & Visual Design Assistant to support our content creation team. In this role, you will transform written content into visually engaging formats—such as presentations, animations or videos—while handling day-to-day administrative tasks to keep our content workflow running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation & Document Design: Turn raw written drafts into polished, high-impact PowerPoint presentations or Google Slides.
  
• Basic Visual Asset Creation & Animation: Design visual assets and basic animations using tools like Photoshop, illustrator etc.
  
• Video & Multimedia Editing: Create or edit videos or basic instructional clips.
  
• Content Support & Administrative Tasks: Format documents, manage file organization in Google Drive , and support senior content writers/developers.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Design, Communications, Marketing, or IT is a plus).
  
• Software Proficiency:
  
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, or basic animation tools.
  
• Basic proficiency in video editing tools for talking head videos (e.g., Premiere Pro, PowToon, Google Vids InShot).
  
• Creative Eye: Strong understanding of basic layout design, visual hierarchy, color schemes, and typography.
  
• Communication & Collaboration: Good written/verbal communication skills with an eagerness to learn and support senior content writers/developers.
