About the Role

Were looking for a Content Strategist who can architect founder personal brands from the ground up - pillars, narratives, calendars, and content systems that compound over 6-12 months.

What Youll Do

• Own the content strategy for 4-6 founder brands.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned to positioning and business goals.
• Define content pillars, series formats, and narrative arcs.
• Brief script writers, editors, and videographers on the vision.
• Analyse performance weekly and adjust the strategy.

What Were Looking For

• Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn as growth channels.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate a founders expertise into content angles.
• Data literacy - you read analytics, not just make things.
• 2+ years of content or social media strategy experience preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience working directly with founders or executives.
• Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, or similar planning tools.
• Background in copywriting or journalism.
