Content Strategist - Packaging and Growth

As our Content Strategist – Packaging & Growth, your mission will be to take podcasts, raw conversations, and ideas and turn them into content that people stop, click, watch, and share.

If you find yourself analysing “Why did this video go viral?” or instantly thinking of a better hook or title, you might be exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do

• Create scroll-stopping hooks and titles
• Come up with strong thumbnail concepts with the design team
• Identify viral trends in the Web3, Crypto, and creator ecosystem
• Plan weekly content strategies and content calendars
• Experiment with different hooks, formats and storytelling styles
• Figure out what makes our audience click, watch and come back
• Collaborate with editors, designers and the podcast team
• Give clear creative direction for content packaging
• Ensure content is published consistently across platforms
• Monitor views, reach, engagement and content performance

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Content, Social Media or Creator Ecosystem
• Strong understanding of content packaging
• Excellent skills in writing hooks, titles, and storytelling
• Good understanding of thumbnail and audience psychology
• A strong instinct for viral and high-performing content
• Ability to work independently and move fast in a remote startup environment
