Job Summary

Tell the story of an AI company as it grows. You ll create content and build how Tarcaz Labs shows up on social media.

Responsibilities

• Create content people actually read. Write and design posts, carousels, short videos and articles for LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels. Learn how to explain AI products in plain, engaging language.
• Run the content calendar. Plan, schedule and publish posts across our products, including SalesCraft and Parixa AI. Learn how consistent publishing builds a brand.
• Turn product work into stories. Work with our sales, engineering and product teams to capture launches, customer wins and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Read the numbers. Track reach, engagement and follower growth, and report what is working. Learn how data shapes marketing decisions.
• Grow our community. Respond to comments and messages, and spot trends and conversations worth joining.
• Market with AI. Use AI tools to research, draft, design and edit faster, the way modern marketing teams work.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication in English (critical).
• A good eye for design, and comfort with tools like Canva or similar.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram, and curiosity about what makes content work.
• Curiosity about AI and technology.
• A portfolio of posts, content or personal projects you have created (a plus).
