Content & Social Media Manager

Responsibilities : -

• Plan, create and execute content calendars; independently conceptualize, shoot and edit Reels/Shorts; design visual content; write captions, copy and content briefs; track reach, engagement, follower growth and conversions; optimize content strategy based on data; monitor platform trends and algorithms; manage comments, DMs and online brand reputation; coordinate with influencers/creators

Desired profile of the candidate : -

• Creative and data-driven professional with strong understanding of social media platforms and trends; capable of independently taking content from concept to final edit; strong written and verbal communication; analytical mindset; hands-on video editing skills; portfolio of previous Reels/content is mandatory.
