Experience

• Junior: 1+ year in Content / Social Media Management
• Senior: 3+ years in Content / Social Media Management
• Portfolio of reels/content is mandatory for Senior candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit Reels/Shorts from idea to final output.
• Create visual content using Canva or other design/editing tools.
• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and content briefs.
• Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions and optimize content strategy.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and new content formats.
• Manage comments, DMs, and online community engagement.
• Coordinate with influencers/creators for campaigns when required.
• For Senior role, take greater ownership of content strategy, growth, and brand presence.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
• Hands-on video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva, or similar tools.
• Ability to independently create and produce engaging content.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative and data-driven approach.
• Senior: Proven track record of measurable growth and a strong portfolio of previous work.

Qualification- Any graduates with excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
