• Coordinate with trainers, faculty and branches for video shoots and content.
• Plan shoots, support scripting and ensure timely execution.
• Shoot videos using phone-camera equipment.
• Edit videos as per brand guidelines.
• Create and optimize titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails.
• Publish videos as per the content calendar and maintain consistency.
• Track basic performance metrics such as views, watch time, subscribers and leads.
• Ensure content quality, accuracy and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Experience in video content production, video editing or digital content creation.
• Hands-on experience with video shooting and editing.
• Knowledge of editing is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content creation.
• Good communication, coordination and time-management skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with trainers and travelling to branches for shoots when required.
