Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and scripting of smartphone videos based on predefined formats and product briefs.
• Translate content goals into clear, executable shoot plans - with shot lists, references, and creator directions.
• Act as the bridge between creative and execution - working closely with the DOP, editor, and graphic designer in your pod.
• Direct creators on set with clarity and confidence, ensuring tone, pace, and brand alignment.
• Maintain clear communication within your pod to ensure everyone understands the day s objectives and creative approach.
• Conduct pre-shoot checks and post-shoot reviews to maintain content quality and continuity.
• Coordinate with the central content lead for approvals, updates, and daily progress tracking.
• Troubleshoot on-set challenges creatively and efficiently to avoid production delays.
