Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible individuals to join our team as Content Moderators. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content, including images, videos, comments, posts, and advertisements, to ensure compliance with client policies and community guidelines.
The ideal candidate should have good English comprehension, strong attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions based on established guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and moderate online content, including text, images, videos, and social media posts.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or policy-violating content.
- Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Take appropriate action on reported content according to established procedures.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the relevant team.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing content.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and data security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Good English reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet browsing skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written policies and guidelines.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on client requirements.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates, as per process eligibility.
- Good written English comprehension is essential.
