Content Moderator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Monitor and review user-generated content on social media platforms to identify potential issues or violations of community guidelines.
• Moderate content by removing offensive, inappropriate, or harmful posts, comments, or messages in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation beyond moderation capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with users, including notifications sent and received.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role as a Content Moderator or related field (e.g., customer service).
• Strong understanding of community guidelines and moderation procedures for various types of online platforms (social media, forums, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
