Job Description

We are looking for Content Moderators to join our international operations in Bangkok, Thailand. The role involves reviewing and moderating online content in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content across digital platforms.
• Ensure content complies with defined policies and community guidelines.
• Identify and take appropriate action on inappropriate, sensitive, or policy-violating content.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity as per defined targets.
• Escalate complex or critical cases to the appropriate team.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates currently based in India and willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
• Passport is mandatory and should be valid.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
• Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Willingness to relocate and work from Bangkok.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a multicultural/international environment.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Class 12 / Undergraduate — subject to the final project requirement.
