Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms, ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and policies.
  
• Identify and flag potentially harmful or inappropriate content, such as hate speech, graphic violence, or adult content.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to content moderation and escalate concerns when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with users, including notifications sent and received.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changing platform rules and regulations regarding content moderation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in content editing, moderation, or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of social media platforms' community guidelines and terms of service.
  
• Excellent written communication skills for effective interaction with users via email or chat support.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office environment while maintaining high productivity levels.
