Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit content for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Write engaging captions, articles, blogs, marketing copy, and promotional content.
• Research industry trends, competitors, topics, and relevant content ideas.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar.
• Support the creation of social media posts, visuals, short-form videos, and other marketing materials.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Use AI tools to assist with content research, ideation, writing, editing, and content creation.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content.
• Assist with basic SEO content, including keyword research and optimisation.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track basic content performance, engagement, and audience response.
• Perform other marketing and content-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good research and writing skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content-related work.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with content creation, social media, blogging, or digital marketing is an advantage but not required.
