Content Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, structure, and maintain Degreed pathways, academies, and certification tracks, including content sequencing, metadata, prerequisites, and navigation, to create clear, consistent, scalable, and easy-to-use learning experiences.
• Package certification programs into launch-ready build grids and pathways, validating structure, links, metadata, and consistency before release.
• Publish and sequence the current priority certification backlog, coordinating with AI literacy so priority pathways are published before train-the-trainer sessions and bootcamps. (Vendor and certification priorities shift frequently; the role flexes to the backlog of the moment.)
• Develop and maintain course design documents for new certifications, using AI tools to accelerate drafting and structuring. Partner with US-based curriculum leads and SMEs to align content builds to learning objectives, program timelines, and the FY27 certification target. Curate and convert content from internal and external sources into standardized, production-ready learning assets.
• Maintain the Degreed learner experience to agreed UX and QA standards, closing the loop on adoption feedback so navigation stays clean and consistent. Support continuous improvement of pathways based on learner feedback and adoption data.
• Coordinate and support regional rollout across KTSA, KGS, and Advisory National setting up per-region assessment instances, share build grids for consistent implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 36 years of experience in learning content development, content management, or Degreed / LMS administration. Direct, hands-on experience building and maintaining pathways in Degreed (required) or a comparable learning platform.
• Strong ability to structure and organize content into clear, scalable learning experiences.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate content development and documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to self-check work and meet the quality bar on the first pass, operating with minimal onshore review or back-and-forth. Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with US-based stakeholders across time zones.
