Content Management Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain digital content across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Handle product listing, cataloguing, content creation, and content updates.
• Ensure accurate product information, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and other marketplace attributes.
• Manage product content on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Lajao/Shopsy, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Perform new product listings and ensure timely updates of existing product catalogs.
• Monitor content quality and resolve listing/cataloguing errors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to collect and validate product information.
• Ensure content follows marketplace guidelines and quality standards.
• Track and resolve issues related to product listings, cataloguing, and content visibility.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of digital product content across different platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of content management / digital content management.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces.
• Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Lajao/Shopsy, or similar platforms.
• Experience in product listing and cataloging.
• Good MS Excel and data-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in flexible shifts and meet deadlines.
