Content Intern

Job Purpose

To support Cozmos growing social media and content requirements across its brands and divisions by assisting with content planning, creation, on-ground coverage and community engagement, while strengthening in-house content capabilities.

Key Tasks

• Support the development and execution of the social media content calendar.
• Draft engaging captions and social media copy aligned with brand tone and platform requirements.
• Create basic social media creatives using Canva and other accessible content creation tools.
• Capture on-ground photo and video content at events, activations and travel-related activities.
• Research social media trends, formats, sounds, topics and content opportunities relevant to Cozmos brands.
• Support content adaptation for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Assist with community engagement, including monitoring comments, messages and relevant interactions.
• Coordinate with the wider marketing/content team to support timely delivery of routine content requirements.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Creative, curious and comfortable experimenting with content formats.
• Good awareness of social media trends and digital culture.
• Comfortable being on-ground at events and travel-related activations.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Arabic writing skills are an advantage.

Education

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field; suitable for a fresh graduate or final-year student.
