Instructional Designer – Job Description

• At least  6+ years experience in  eLearning content development
• Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
• Experience in eLearning content creation (corporate learning)
• Experience in creating scripts for WBT or Video based training
• Knowledge of real-world application of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy and Adult learning concepts and principles
• Experience in writing assessment questions for evaluation
• Working experience in interactive courseware, computer-based training, multimedia instruction, and/or web-based training.

Mandatory requirements:

• Must have created learning content for Corporates
• K12 experience will not be valid for this requirement
• Certification in Instructional Design, preferred
• Experience in tools like Power Point, Canva or Vyond needed
• Preferred - At least 2 – 3  years working knowledge of rapid development content creation tools like Articulate Storyline and/or 360, Adobe Captivate
