Content & Design Specialist (Lucknow)

Content & Design Specialist Full-Time – On-site | Lucknow, India

The Role We're hiring a Content & Design Specialist at BriskFab. You'll own the production of marketing and GTM assets for B2B tech clients – writing and designing case studies, whitepapers, e-books, blogs, and sales collateral from brief to final output. You work in a Human + AI model: AI tools are part of how you work, not an optional add-on.

What You'll Do

• Write and design lead magnet assets: case studies, whitepapers, e-books, one-pagers
• Create blog posts, LinkedIn content, carousels, and campaign creatives – copy and visuals both
• Build and maintain client brand templates and design libraries
• Produce sales decks and presentation assets for client-facing use
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to accelerate production without compromising quality
• Manage content calendars and publishing workflows across client accounts

What We're Looking For ( Must-Have)

• 2–5 years in a content, design, or hybrid content-design role
• Strong writing ability in English – can draft a case study or blog, not just caption social posts
• Proficiency in at least two of: Figma, Adobe Suite (InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop), Canva
• Experience producing B2B content formats – documents, decks, long-form – not just social creatives
• Comfortable operating independently with minimal brief and high ownership

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI content and design tools
• Exposure to SaaS, tech, or consulting environments
• Good SEO understanding – knows what makes a blog rank, not just read well

• Can take a rough topic or client brief and produce a finished, polished asset – writing and design both
• Treats AI tools as a standard part of your workflow, not something you're still figuring out
• Produces clean, professional B2B work with strong attention to brand consistency
• Doesn't need to be told twice

Growth Path Top performers in this role will have the opportunity to grow into a Fractional CMO/CRO position, leading GTM strategy and driving revenue growth across multiple client engagements.
