About The Role

Key responsibilities
- Write and maintain screening scripts with the clinical team.
- Build training curricula for teachers and anganwadi workers.
- Own the parent-facing content library across languages.
- Manage translation and localisation with regional partners.
- Enforce the dignity rule in every sentence: support needed, never lack.
- Test content in the field and revise from what you hear.
- Background in instructional design, health communication or editorial leadership.
- Multilingual sensibility; Odia/Hindi/Telugu a plus.
- Experience writing for low-literacy audiences.
- Belief that clarity is a form of respect.
- Field exposure for every role — screenings, training days and district visits.
