Content Curation/e-Commerce Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Curation Operations Executive to support daily content curation, feed management, digital publishing, and merchandising activities. The role involves executing approved curation plans, maintaining content collections and placements across digital platforms, ensuring publishing accuracy, and tracking operational performance in line with established workflows and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of eCommerce operations, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily approved content curation plans and briefs in accordance with established workflows.
• Build, update, schedule, and maintain content feeds, collections, placements, and other digital discovery surfaces.
• Apply approved title lists, collection logic, metadata, artwork, copy, and placement instructions across relevant platforms.
• Perform scheduled feed refreshes, content swaps, and routine updates within agreed timelines.
• Implement approved tactical adjustments within defined operational guidelines.
• Conduct pre-publishing and post-publishing quality checks to validate artwork, copy, sequencing, links, and regional requirements.
• Identify and promptly escalate missing assets, content availability conflicts, system issues, and other operational blockers.
• Track and monitor key operational metrics, productivity, quality, and service-level KPIs.
• Maintain process documentation, operating guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of content-related issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in content operations, content curation, digital publishing, eCommerce support, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and content quality.
• Good understanding of eCommerce operations and digital content workflows.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work within established processes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with operational reporting tools and basic data visualization.
• Understanding of product taxonomies, product categorization, and attribute hierarchies.
• Exposure to content management systems (CMS), digital merchandising, or online product catalog operations.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and performance reporting.

• Timely execution of scheduled curation plans and content updates.
• Accuracy of feeds, collections, metadata, artwork, copy, and placements.
• Adherence to publishing schedules and operational SLAs.
• Quality compliance and reduction in content-related errors.
• Timely identification and escalation of blockers.
• Accuracy and timeliness of operational reports.
• Compliance with documented processes and SOPs.

Shifts: EMEA/5 days working

Location: Airoli Navi Mumbai

Salary: Best as per industry standards
