Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard creators/influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) aligned to brand briefs and target audiences

Own end-to-end creator campaign execution: briefing, content approvals, timelines, and delivery

Negotiate rates and manage contracts/agreements with creators and their management teams

Build and maintain a strong network of creators across genres (fashion, beauty, tech, parenting, fitness, etc.)

Track campaign performance reach, engagement, ROI and share actionable reports with clients and internal teams

Stay on top of platform trends, creator economy shifts, and emerging talent

Collaborate with the production and creative teams to align creator content with overall campaign narratives

Manage and grow the agency's creator database/CRM

Support pitch and proposal development with creator recommendations, rate cards, and case studies

Requirements

03 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships (agency-side or brand-side)

Strong existing network of creators/influencers and talent management contacts

Proven track record of executing multi-creator campaigns end-to-end

Sharp negotiation skills and comfort managing budgets and contracts

Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, and performance metrics

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Experience with reporting tools/dashboards is a plus

Good to Have

Experience working with e-commerce or D2C brand campaigns

Familiarity with live/shoppable content formats

Existing relationships with top-tier creator management agencies
