Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for an Onsite Content Creator to capture and create visual content for our company and client brands. You will be responsible for shooting photos and videos at our office, client locations, events, and other activities, and turning them into engaging reels, shorts, and posts for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit office, client sites, events, and other locations to shoot content

• Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories)

• Create basic graphics/thumbnails using Canva or similar tools

• Work with the marketing team to plan content ideas, hooks, and captions

• Follow brand guidelines for tone, style, and visual identity

• Maintain a content library and organize raw/edited files

• Deliver content as per the weekly/monthly content calendar

• Track basic performance (views, engagement) and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th pass; graduate preferred (any stream)

• Strong portfolio of reels/short videos (personal or client work)

• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts trends

• Hands-on with smartphone/DSLR shooting and basic lighting

• Editing skills in CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Rush, or similar

• Basic graphic design sense (Canva, Figma basics are a plus)

• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work under deadlines

• Willing to travel locally for shoots as required
