Content Creator cum Editor

RPSG Group is looking for a Content Creator cum Editor to join its Group Digital Communication team. You will create social-first content for the Group, mostly shooting and editing on mobile. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where event and leadership content often goes live the same day.

Role & responsibilities

• Shoot and edit video bytes, interviews, events and social-first content, primarily on mobile devices
• Cover leadership presence at events and key engagements, capturing content on the go
• Take photographs and create visual assets for social media and digital communication
• Edit reels and short-form videos in real time
• Create platform-appropriate content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms
• Work with the communication team on ideation, scripting, shoot planning and execution
• Contribute to the visual development of social media campaigns and digital initiatives
• Deliver quick turnaround on event-led and time-sensitive content, with same-day publishing where needed
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and production partners

Preferred candidate profile

• 4-6 years in content creation, videography or digital content creation, with strong hands-on mobile shooting and editing experience
• Strong eye for composition, framing, lighting and sound
• Fast, on-the-go editing skills in mobile apps such as CapCut, InShot or Adobe Premiere Rush
• Strong understanding of short-form video and social media formats
• Able to create quality content in both planned shoots and fast-paced events
• Strong visual sense and understanding of current creator-led content
• Able to work independently and deliver within tight timelines
• Willing to travel for shoots and events
• Proficient in Generative AI tools for content creation
