Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator and Strategist role based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with the brand's vision, with a focus on storytelling around Indian handlooms and contemporary fashion. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating written, visual, and social media content, and optimizing messaging across platforms such as websites, blogs, email, and social channels. The Content Creator and Strategist will collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. The role also includes monitoring content performance, refining strategy based on insights, and ensuring consistent, culturally respectful brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in content creation, including copywriting, storytelling, and visual content ideation.
• Experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and campaign development across digital channels.
• Proficiency in social media management, basic digital marketing concepts, and audience engagement techniques.
• Ability to conduct research on textiles, fashion trends, and cultural narratives to inform authentic content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indian languages is an advantage.
• Comfort with using content management systems, basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark), and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated interest in fashion, Indian textiles, and artisan-led products; prior experience in fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
