Content & Copywriter

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Content & Copywriter to join our in-house marketing team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content across blogs, social media, email newsletters, video scripts, website pages, and project collaterals, content that educates, engages, and converts.

- Write SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and market insights on real estate topics
- Create compelling copy for social media, email newsletters, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Develop project descriptions, website content, and marketing collaterals
- Write scripts for reels, videos, and promotional campaigns
- Research market trends and translate complex topics into reader-friendly content
- Collaborate with the design, SEO, and digital marketing teams

- Excellent English writing and editing skills
- A creative mindset with a flair for storytelling
- Ability to craft engaging, compelling, and impactful content
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of digital content and social media
- Real estate industry experience is a plus

- Graduate / Postgraduate in English Honours, Literature, or Creative Writing
- 1-3 years of content writing experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
