About this role
Content & Community Marketing Associate
Company: Quantissential
Experience: 02 years
Role Type: Full-time | Individual Contributor
About the Role
We're looking for a Content & Community Marketing Associate to grow Quantissential's brand and the presence of its products across social media platforms and online communities.
Quantissential is a technology company developing products and solutions across SaaS, optimisation, quantum technologies, and other emerging technology domains. Our portfolio includes products such as RankQ, alongside ongoing research and development initiatives.
You'll be responsible for ensuring that Quantissential and its products maintain a consistent, relevant, and engaging presence across their respective digital channels. This involves creating compelling content, staying informed about industry developments, participating in relevant communities, and building awareness among different target audiences.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role suited to someone early in their marketing career who enjoys technology, understands digital communities, and wants meaningful ownership rather than a narrow, siloed position.
What You'll Do
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Reddit, and other relevant channels to strengthen Quantissential's corporate identity and individual product brands.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in relevant online communities, forums, subreddits, LinkedIn groups, and industry discussions. Answer questions, contribute useful insights, and organically establish Quantissential and its products as credible voices within their respective markets.
- Content Creation: Write and create social media posts, carousels, threads, short-form content, and visual assets covering product updates, technical concepts, industry trends, research developments, and company activities. Translate complex subjects into clear, accessible, and engaging content for different audiences.
- Brand & Product Communication: Develop content that communicates Quantissential's broader vision while highlighting the distinct value propositions, applications, and developments of its individual products. Adapt messaging to suit different industries, audiences, and platforms.
- Market Research: Monitor emerging technologies, industry developments, and community conversations to identify relevant content opportunities, audience interests, and potential positioning strategies.
- Content Calendar Ownership: Develop and maintain a structured content calendar across the company's corporate channels and product-specific accounts, ensuring consistent publishing and timely coverage of relevant developments.
- Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Track engagement, audience growth, reach, website traffic, and other relevant performance indicators. Use these insights to evaluate content effectiveness and continuously refine the approach.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with founders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to understand ongoing projects, product developments, and research initiatives, translating their insights into accurate and engaging external communications.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory. We value strong communication skills, creativity, curiosity, and an understanding of digital communities more than a specific degree.
- Experience: 02 years of full-time experience in social media management, content marketing, or community marketing. Internships do not count towards the experience requirement.
- Demonstrated experience managing a personal, professional, or brand social media account with genuine audience engagement.
- Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate them in an engaging, accessible manner.
- Comfort participating in online communities and discussions, rather than relying solely on scheduled social media posts.
- Basic design aptitude and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar platforms for creating social media graphics and visual content.
- Curiosity about technology, including AI, SaaS, quantum computing, cybersecurity, and emerging industry developments. Prior technical expertise is not required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to research unfamiliar subjects, identify credible information, and turn findings into relevant content.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage content across multiple brands, platforms, and audiences.
- A proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a small-team, early-stage environment.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with technology, startup, SaaS, AI, or digital marketing communities across platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Indie Hackers and Product Hunt.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content discoverability, and organic audience growth.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Basic analytics literacy, including native social media insights, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience creating short-form videos, reels, or simple motion graphics.
- Interest in technology journalism, technical storytelling, research communication, or B2B technology marketing.
What You'll Gain
- Direct Ownership: Manage meaningful parts of the company's digital presence and contribute to how multiple technology products are presented to the market.
- Exposure to Emerging Technologies: Work closely with teams developing products and exploring solutions across AI, optimisation, quantum technologies, and related fields.
- Creative Freedom: Experiment with content formats, distribution strategies, and community-building approaches.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Collaborate directly with founders and technical teams, gaining exposure to product development, positioning, and go-to-market activities.
- Growth Opportunities: Develop your skills across content marketing, brand communications, community management, and technology-focused marketing as the company and its portfolio expand.
