Content Author

We are looking for a Content Author with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage and publish digital content across web platforms. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with different teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Manage web pages, assets, and content components in AEM.
• Perform content updates based on business requirements.
• Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted.
• Coordinate with design, development, and business teams for content-related changes.
• Perform basic content testing and validation before publishing.
• Track and resolve content-related issues.
• Follow content publishing guidelines and processes.
• Work on multiple requests and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is mandatory.
• 1-4 years of experience in content authoring / AEM content authoring.
• Good understanding of web content management.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with AEM Assets/DAM.
• Basic understanding of web technologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
