Content And Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Content & Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms, driving brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content/social media management with a proven track record of driving measurable growth, engagement, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) full creative ownership from idea to final cut, not restricted to a single brand style or template
• Design and edit visual content using Canva or any other design/editing tool of choice
• Write engaging captions, copy, and content briefs
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and optimize content strategy accordingly
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs) and brand reputation online
• Coordinate with influencers/creators when required

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
• Hands-on video editing skills using any tool of their choice (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva, etc.) tool flexibility is welcomed, not restricted
• Ability to conceptualize and produce content independently, without being confined to a predefined brand template or style
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Analytical mindset to interpret engagement/performance data
• Portfolio of past work (reels/content) is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or any modern editing/design tool
• Basic knowledge of paid social promotion
