Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and email interactions
• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
• Deliver excellent customer service experience
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Escalate customer concerns where required
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs
• Adhere to banking policies and procedures

Mandatory Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Voice Process, Banking Operations, BFSI, or Customer Support
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Neutral accent with no MTI
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Flexible to work in UK shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
