Job Description

We are hiring Contact Centre Representatives for a leading global banking process supporting UK-based customers of HSBC. This role suits customer service professionals with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Excellent English communication is mandatory. There will be no compromise on communication quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and email interactions professionally
• Resolve customer queries and concerns at first contact wherever possible
• Deliver service excellence and meet customer expectations
• Recommend relevant products and services based on customer needs
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies and processes
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution
• Escalate cases appropriately when required
• Build customer trust and loyalty through exceptional service

Mandatory Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Voice Process, Banking Operations or related domains
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Neutral accent with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI)
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work rotational UK shifts

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a UK customer service process
• Banking or Financial Services background
• Strong email writing skills
• Good planning, prioritization and organizational skills
• Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy

Shift & Work Details

• 5-day work week, 9-hour shifts
• Work from office
• Bangalore: rotational shifts. Hyderabad: UK shifts
• Shifts generally start from 12:00 PM onwards
• Weekly offs and shift schedules may change monthly or quarterly per business requirements
