* Position: Customer Support Executive
* Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
* Salary: 2.5 LPA
* Working Days: 6 Days a Week
* Week Off: Rotational
* Shift: Rotational
* Night Shift: Applicable for Male Candidates

Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
* Assist customers professionally and maintain service quality.
* Resolve customer concerns as per process guidelines.
* Maintain good communication and customer experience.

Eligibility

* 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
* Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
* Good communication skills required.
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
* Male candidates should be comfortable with night shifts.
* Immediate joiners preferred.
