Job Description
Performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with consumer loan servicing. Maintains loan files and records and prepares various reports.Entercustomer payments into the computer to ensure proper documentation, regulatory compliance, and company policies.Postsloan or tax payments to accounts. Processes payoffs. Activates Automated Clearing House (ACH) per customer requests. Makes account corrections to personal customer information such as address. Boards loans to the system.Researchcustomer requests such as copies of payments, and correcting entries.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically, Two to Four years of relevant experience in an Operational Activities
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in Quality Check, Defect Identification & Classification, Compliance, Loan Processing
- Familiarity with banking and operational processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Work Mode:5 Days in Office
Shift Timing:7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST
