Consulting Analyst – Life Science Consulting

We are seeking a

Consulting Analyst – Life Science Consulting to bridge business needs and technology solutions for clients in the life sciences sector. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing processes and requirements, and supporting the design and implementation of digital solutions across clinical, commercial, supply chain management and manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements in Life Sciences functions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology teams
• Support solution design, validation and implementation of digital platforms and AI-enabled tools
• Conduct market and domain research to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Assist in preparing business cases, process flows and impact assessments

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, business analysis or related roles
• Qualifications: B.Pharm, Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Agricultural Sciences, and an MBA from a premier institute
• Strong understanding of processes in pharma or biotech
• Familiarity with IT and digital transformation concepts such as analytics, data platforms, cloud and AI
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including GxP, FDA or EMA
• Experience working with global teams and clients
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
