Consultation Executive (Canada Immigration)

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Contact fresh leads generated through Meta Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website inquiries, referrals, and other marketing channels.
• Make a minimum of 100+ outbound calls per working day to engage prospective clients and maintain consistent lead outreach.
• Respond to inbound inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Qualify prospects based on education, work experience, language proficiency, age, current country, and immigration goals.
• Understand client requirements before recommending an appropriate consultation.

Consultation Booking

• Explain available consultation options and appointment process.
• Schedule consultations with RCICs through the company's scheduling system.
• Coordinate Google Meet or in-person appointments.
• Confirm appointments and send reminders.
• Minimize no-shows through proactive follow-ups.

Client Communication

• Explain Canadian immigration pathways at a high level without providing immigration advice reserved for licensed RCICs.
• Handle objections professionally.
• Maintain excellent customer experience throughout the pre-sales journey.
• Build trust and confidence with prospective clients.

CRM Management

• Update every interaction in Zoho CRM.
• Maintain accurate lead stages.
• Record call outcomes, follow-up dates, meeting status, and notes.
• Ensure complete client information is captured.

Follow-Up Management

• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Re-engage dormant leads.
• Convert qualified prospects into booked consultations.
• Track pending leads until closure.

Coordination

• Coordinate with RCICs regarding scheduled consultations.
• Work closely with the Pre-Sales Manager and Filing Team.
• Share important client information before consultations.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken English.
• Strong Hindi communication skills (additional regional languages are an advantage).
• Proficiency in Punjabi, Gujarati, or French will be considered an added advantage during the hiring process.
• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Active listening and consultative selling ability.
• Persuasive communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Strong follow-up discipline.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• CRM knowledge (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Basic computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Immigration, Travel, Aviation, Education, Banking, Insurance, BPO Sales is preferred.
• 25 years of customer-facing experience.
