Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lateral and volume recruitment from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
• Understand manpower requirements from Plant Heads, Functional Heads and Hiring Managers and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, recruitment drives, walk-ins and other channels .
• Screen profiles, conduct preliminary HR discussions and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely completion of interview assessments and selection approvals .
• Manage salary negotiations, offer roll-out, pre-joining engagement and joining formalities.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions across manufacturing functions.
• Handle recruitment for Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, RD, PPIC, Supply Chain and support functions .
