Consultant

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable HR professional to support HR operations and recruitment across multiple client projects in a boutique consulting firm. The role involves working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Support HR operations, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
• Travel to and work from client sites as required to support project deliverables.

Desired Profile:

• 24 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
