A Software Consultant (3- 5 Years experience) assists clients with the implementation and Analyzing the FBR document and understanding the requirements. Developing components and Unit Testing, Integration Testing and delivery to customer. They provide guidance on software functionality, troubleshoot issues, and offer support to ensure operational continuity after implementation. The role also involves communication with clients and teams, delivering training, and contributing to the project s success
Responsibilities
- Develop technical components and unit testing.
- Assess customer needs and recommend WMS software solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customizations
- Resolve issues by analyzing and addressing challenges
- Communicate technical details, status updates, and strategies to customers
- Collaborate with global teams within Infor and at the customer.
Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing problems, and formulating solutions or alternative approaches
- Experience with business process flows and technical applications
- Experience working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech - (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Mechanical)/MCA
