Job requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for web applications, microservices, and contact center implementations.
- Create and maintain risk-based test plans and regression packs to ensure robust coverage of critical functionalities.
- Perform API contract and payload testing using Postman and SoapUI, validating integration points and data exchange accuracy.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Conduct ETL and data mapping testing, including validation of legacy-to-SaaS migrations, reconciliation, and PII handling.
- Execute performance and security testing to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities, enhancing system reliability and compliance.
- Manage defect triage, track issue resolution, and deliver actionable quality reports to stakeholders.
- Automate test cases and QA reports using tools such as Selenium and Jenkins for field-to-field validation across integrated systems.
