Job requirements
- Key Responsibilities - Design and execute test strategies for Salesforce Agentforce implementations. - Validate AI agent conversations, topics, actions, prompts, and business workflows. - Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End testing. - Test Agentforce integrations with Salesforce Clouds and third-party applications. - Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, compliance, and business outcomes. - Create and maintain test cases, test data, and automation suites. - Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. - Validate Data Cloud integrations and data synchronization. - Conduct conversational AI testing, chatbot testing, and prompt validation. - Execute performance, reliability, and scalability testing of AI agents. - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners during Agile delivery cycles. - Track defects using Jira and participate in sprint ceremonies. - Ensure production readiness through smoke testing and release validation.
