- At least 8+ years experienced with MS certifications, Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, Customization, Configuration, PCF, customer service module, Power automate flows.
- Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Power Platform tools, focusing on Co-Pilot Studio and Agents.
- Support AI integration within Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI and Power Platform solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members, supporting our Center
