Consultant

Provide outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care as per specialty.

Conduct patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.

Perform medical/surgical procedures as per clinical privileges granted.

Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain patient records.

Supervise and guide junior doctors, residents, nurses, and support staff.

Participate in departmental meetings, audits, and quality improvement programs.

Counsel patients and attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

Maintain high standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and patient safety.

Contribute to CME, training programs, and academic initiatives of the hospital.

Coordinate with other specialties for multidisciplinary patient care.

MBBS with MD/MS/DNB/DM/ M.Ch or equivalent qualification in relevant specialty.

Minimum 3-5 years of post-specialty experience (fresh consultants may be considered based on need).

Valid registration with Rajasthan Medical Council.

Strong clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice.

Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle medical emergencies confidently.

Effective communication and patient counselling skills.

Leadership and team management ability.
