Consultant Work Order (Procurement)

Role Overview

The Consultant Work Order & Procurement Support will be responsible for managing Work Orders (WO), Purchase Orders (PO), vendor onboarding, agreement documentation, and procurement trackers. The role requires strong SAP MM knowledge, vendor coordination skills, and proficiency in Excel to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP MM.
• Maintain and update PO, WO, Vendor, and Agreement Trackers.
• Support vendor registration and master creation in SAP.
• Verify purchase details and supporting documents before issuing Work Orders.
• Issue, track, and maintain Work Orders and related records.
• Coordinate with vendors for WO-related queries and resolution.
• Follow up for contract and agreement execution with vendors.
• Maintain repository of signed agreements, contracts, and work orders.
• Track agreement validity, renewals, and pending sign-offs.
• Prepare MIS reports and procurement dashboards using Excel.
• Ensure procurement documentation is audit-ready and compliant.

Education

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Contracts Administration, or Vendor Management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM Module preferred.
