Consultant - Valuation | Chennai

CBRE is looking for a Consultant - Valuation to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze commercial real estate valuation and appraisal reports.
• Conduct property, market, and transactional research.
• Analyze comparable sales, lease data, and market trends.
• Evaluate income-producing assets using valuation methodologies.
• Prepare market value reports, financial analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Develop cash flow projections and operating statements.
• Verify transaction and market data through industry research.
• Support valuation assignments across various asset classes.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of valuation reports.

Desired Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2-8 years of experience in Real Estate Valuation, Appraisal, Advisory, or Investment Analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
