Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for TRMS order generation for Ladles and Electric Arc Furnaces (EAF).
Conduct regular technical training sessions to enhance the capabilities of the sales and technical teams.
Undertake customer visits, as requested by the Sales team and with prior approval from the Sales
Director (SD), to provide technical guidance and support.
Identify and implement product and cost optimization opportunities to improve customer value and business profitability.
Participate in failure analysis discussions and recommend appropriate technical solutions and corrective actions.
Support business development initiatives through technical expertise, customer engagement, and identification of growth opportunities.
Provide technical consultation and recommendations on TRMS-related matters as required by the business.
Perform any other responsibilities related to TRMS and business development as assigned by the Director Iron & Steel Sales.
