Your Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrated expertise in Indirect Tax (IDT) advisory, including analysis and interpretation of tax regulations across business transactions. Strong working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) provisions, compliance requirements, and return filing processes. Proficient in applying general consulting methodologies to assess tax positions, identify risks, and recommend structured solutions. Experienced in preparing technical tax analyses, memos, and documentation that accurately reflect regulatory requirements and client-specific scenarios. Capable of translating complex indirect tax concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders in the TMT sector.
