We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2 to 5 years of experience in Technology Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Position Details:

• Role: IT Recruiter / Technology Recruiter
• Experience: 2 to 5 Years
• Employment Type: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Location: Chennai
• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Requirements:

• Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and technology hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media channels.
• Excellent screening and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple technology requirements simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in coordinating interviews and closure activities.
