Consultant / Senior Consultant

Will be working on Mid to senior level hirings ( Manager to VP / Director level)

Understanding Job requirements of clients

Sourcing of relevant profile through portal, referencing, headhunting and Networking

Validation/assessment of candidates against job requirement of client with requisite details/formats provided by the client capturing experience details, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, notice period buy out option, any Bond /Bonus /retention bonus payout etc

Responsible for end to end recruitment lifecycle

Candidate & client co-ordination

Meeting the candidates independently / along with senior/supervisor prior joining the client's organization.

Participate in client / Business calls & meetings

Share administrative responsibilities with Supervisors viz managing drives at client site

Buddy to trainees / Freshers / ACs and help them to get groomed

To support supervisor in achieving team targets
