About this role
Deloitte is hiring Consultants/Senior Consultants for its Human Capital Consulting practice.
Location: Mumbai | Gurgaon | Bangalore | Hyderabad
Experience: 1-6 Years.
Preferred Background: Candidates from consulting firms.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in Organization Design, Organizational Transformation, Organization Structure, Operating Model Design, and Performance Management.
- Strong analytical, data modelling, and MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to apply design thinking and structured problem-solving approaches.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience in human capital consulting, workforce transformation, or organization effectiveness projects preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree / PGDM / Master's Degree from a reputed institute.
