About this role
We are looking forward to hire SAP (SuccessFactors)- LMS Professionals in the following areas :
:
SF LMS Application Technical Support Engineer | Experience - 3+ years
- Managed E2E implementation projects for LMS Module
- Manage SF LMS system integration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Sound knowledge in Reporting for LMS and skilled in building Custom reports using PRD.
- Experience with the integration of SF LMS with external tools like Degreed and other SF modules.
- Good to have integration experience with respective SF core modules
- Gathers and validates change requests and bug-fix requirements
- Supports governance forums to ensure tickets are resolved on time and sends reminders when needed
- Defect root cause analysis and remediation
- Production support (rotational schedule)
- Working with geographically distributed teams
Improve quality
- Occasionally assists in testing of new application functions, releases and facilitates the promotion of new features/functionalities among user community
- Helps in the creation & update of knowledge documentation specific to the processes and functional areas within the H2R domain
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Adaptability and ability to manage complex and diverse client needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
Technologies
- Proven experience with SF LMS, including data migration, and integrations
- Expertise in SuccessFactors LMS reporting is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations
