Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Support (Order Management)

Your Role

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Support (Order Management), you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless order processing, issue resolution, process optimization, and business continuity across global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order Management processes.
• Resolve production issues related to order processing, deliveries, billing, and customer fulfillment.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests within SLA timelines.
• Support end-to-end O2C processes including order management, fulfillment, delivery, billing, returns, and credit management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MM, EWM/WM, TM, PP, and FI modules.
• Participate in testing, enhancements, configuration updates, and deployment activities.
• Drive root cause analysis, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Develop support documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and user training materials.

Your Profile

• 4 to 8 years of experience in SAP SD / Order Management support, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Experience in Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Returns Management, and Master Data.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Solution Manager.
• Understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience in Application Management Services (AMS), production support, and enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams across different geographies and time zones.
• SAP S/4HANA SD Certification preferred.
